Fogh Marine is looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our team!

The ideal candidate must have a background in accounting. Knowledge of Quickbooks is required. This person will ensure that records and files are kept up-to-date and filed accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and executing Accounts Payable
  • Enter General Journal entries for payroll etc.
  • Reconcile and balance accounts
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Point of contact with Bank


Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to input data correctly


Experience:

  • At least 3 yrs+ working with Quickbooks
Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
